Wilton Perfect Results Large Nonstick Loaf Pan, 9.25 by 5.25-Inch, Silver

I picked this pan for its brand name and I was impressed by this sturdiness when I received it. But of course the real test was using it. My first batch of banana bread in it turned out great. Nice even cooking and cleaned up very easily.

I bake yeasted bread loaves more than banana bread or any sort of quick bread and I have gone through a lot of bread pans and washing methods: These pans are my 3rd try of my quest for regular yeast-risen bread loaf pans and the loaves turned out perfectly. (8x4 or 8.5x4.5 ones turned out to be too small for my yeast-risen loaves). A few tips though: 1) grease the pans even they are non-stick before you put the dough in them for 2nd rise—to ensure smooth release of the loaves when they are out of the oven 2) hand wash them even when it says ‘dish washer’ safe—not a big hassle at all if you follow stem 1), because rust is almost inevitable to stainless steel pans in dishwasher, while aluminum ones tend to discolor terribly in dishwasher. One last thing: can’t beat the price value of these pans.

No sticking. Bread turns out perfectly.

I have only used this pan 2 times but I like the deep sides. Non-stick works well at this point.

Love these nonstick pans! Hand wash and dry and they'll last a longer...otherwise...eventually they will rust...it's a choice...🙂

The wilton pan was received in very good condition and as described in a very timely manner

they seem to be a little wider but they work well

the non-stick coating works wonders, and the pan is so thin and lightweight that I’m actually planning to travel with it back to my country.the only downside is that you have to wash it immediately after use because it stains quickly. plus, you can’t leave it wet, or it’ll slowly start to rust. so yeah, it does require a bit of extra care, but it’s worth it xoxo
