Great Tires for My BMW 335i
I bought these as replacements to the factory Continental "Conti-Pro" run-flats. The Contis lasted about 35K miles, but when I hit a nasty pothole heading into DC, four inches of the sidewall blew out completely. One service rep had told me that after five years, the tires were dry-rotted, and it's possible that's the case, but the rear tread was at point it wouldn't have passed inspection, so it was time to change them anyway. The Amazon price on these was really good. The biggest challenge I had was trying to decide which run-flats I wanted to put on my BMW. There are a few options out there, and I even considered replacing them with more Contis, but after getting these, I'm very glad I didn't. I looked at a TireRack review of winter tires, which compared these All-Season run-flats with other tires rated as winter tires. That was an important consideration for me, because we get all variety of winter weather in this region, and you need tires that will work in icy and snowy conditions. The P7s worked as good as some winter-rated tires in the TireRack video, which very much impressed me. And I have also found them to be very stable on wet pavement as well. The ride is also superior to the Contis by a noticeable margin. In short, I think I made a very good choice. I know there are lots of tire reviews out there, and I think it's interesting that people seem to be very picky about how well their tires perform, and are quick to rate down if the tires don't check all the boxes. Will these "last"? That remains to be seen. All I have for comparison are the Contis, and these P7s seem to be better in all categories. As for installation, I missed the note about paying for installation when you buy the tires. My bad. As expected, when I arrived at the installer, I was told installation would be more than what was advertised on the Amazon website. Had I just checked the box and paid for the installation when I bought the tires, Amazon would have shipped all four to the installer, and the installation would have already paid for. As it was, I had to haul the tires into my house, throw them into the back of the car, and take them to the installer, which I didn't need to do. Then I had to harangue with the installer to get the advertised price. So I would highly recommend that when you buy, you also pay for the installation at the same time. My dumb for not doing so. I won't make that mistake again.Note this: A lot of tire manufacturers offer run-flat tires in "non-run flat" styles under the same name. If you're looking for ALL-WEATHER Run Flats, look close and make sure you're ordering the right style of tire, or you may end up with tires that are NOT run-flat, or NOT all-weather. In this region, All-Weather tires are required by law, unless you want to run the risk of a citation if you break down or get in wreck with non-All-Weather tires.

Less road noise compared to Continental’s
This is my 3rd set this far. Like them much better compared to the continentals. I run these both on my 3 series and X1 (both vehicles are AWD). These tires are a much quieter ride compared to Conti’s. On average I get low 30k miles on them. The last paid I pushed to around 37k mark and light snow/heavy rain traction become nearly none. Spending on your driving you can easily get low 30k out of a set. Overall performance of these is great and I had no issues. On my 5th set now between both vehicles.

* DO NOT BUY: VOIDS PIRELLI WARRANTY! *
This is deceiving because I thought I was buying directly from Pirelli. Turns out Pirelli DOES NOT sell direct to consumer, and Amazon is NOT an authorized dealer. So, if you buy these tires and have any issues after the 30-day Amazon return window you will be SOL. The Pirelli manufacturer warranty DOES NOT cover tires that are not purchased from an authorized dealer, which Amazon IS NOT. This tire loses air consistently but no one can seem to find a leak. It’s clearly a faulty tire but Pirelli will not do anything to resolve it and Amazon will not do anything to resolve it.
