Use top bar only
I had a similar product years ago. The curved handles donât extend up high enough, making it difficult to use. If you try to rest your arms as you do a crunch, the screws dig into the top part of your arms. You can only work-out one way and thatâs gripping the top of the bar. If the handles could adjust to extend upward and if the screws were at the bottom, it would be a great piece of equipment. Overall, it still does the job. Very easy to put together and itâs extremely durable.

Effective, safe, comfortable
I've injured my spine enough times that doing crunches without this can be dangerous. This allows me to keep my shoulders and neck muscles relaxed and my spine aligned safely while doing crunches at an intense level. I highly recommend it to anyone with back and/or neck issues.

A great investment
I got this to replace an older version that I had for around15 years. This item is much stronger and durable. I predict a longer life from this one. A great investment. It was very easy to put together. I am super satisfied with it.

Great product!
I was looking for something sturdy and that actually was easy to use to help my core. This is it! Love how easy it was to put together. First time using it incorporated into my daily exercise routine, I could feel my muscles burning. Highly recommend.

Abs Blues!!
Well.....after many, many hours of painful thinking as to my condition ( stomach/abs) due to gyms being off limits.....I took a chance and invested in â Goplus âBest product I have come across to assist in my daily quest in physical activity ...super productđ€!

That itâs easy to use and makes working out abs fun without hurting your back the traditional way!
Like that itâs easy to assemble and no dislikes. I grew up using this back in the day and got ripped with hard abs. Cant wait to use it again tonight! Helps with the carry up to complete safer sets of crunches for my back having fusion surgery on it yrs ago. Itâs fun and can easily bust out 2 to 300 crunches a day, no sweat đ Great product. And donât worry about the bolts not going in correctly it seems like because it holds just fine. Just anchor it good to a yoga mat when you work out to help it from not moving all over the place.

I don't think it will hold up.....
This thing is not very sturdy. The screw hole don't really line up properly and the cheap plastic pieces feel like they're gonna snap. We'll see but this thing just seems cheap and flimsy. My husband just added more substantial screws so hopefully that works.

Adds to the work out if you need Neck Support...
I bought this item to donate to my Gym.. So far it has been doing a good job.. My only complaint would be that the Neck support does not have enough padding built into it... I cannot say anything about ease of assemble because the Gym management insisted one of their people assemble it...
