Book front cover was folded and damaged when it came in the mail.

The book had water stains on many pages. Kinda nasty.

Doesn’t deserve even one star. I feel like this textbook is one long rant. It’s so dry and the writing style is not succinct, the author doesn’t get to the point. It’s full of irrelevant stories, you often miss what the important takeaway point is. No diagrams and very few tables. This book is not easy to read and quite frankly very cumbersome to get through. Of all the textbooks in my entire program, this one is the worst!
