Doctor suggested I take vitamin D3 and this seems to be a quality product at a very reasonable price. I will purchase this again when I run out.

Mistakenly, I bought 1000 but should have bought the 2000. The latter stopped my loss of hair, gave it more body, and helps my efforts to survive a winter with little sun. I gave it a four only because of my error in not buying the 2000.

It took me forever and then some to find these soft gels. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM SEA OR HATE FISHY TASTE OR SMELL OR UNCOATED HARD TO SWALOW PILLS THESE ARE FOR YOU.

I love Sundown products and especially the Vitamin D. However, it was too hot in Texas to order them during the summer. Mine were all melted together in one blob. But, true to Amazon’s great customer service, they refunded me. I have just learned that during hot weather I cannot order gel tablets to be sent to Texas.

Easy to swallow, good to take for low D levels and grey winter weather with limited sun exposure.
