Is there different in line variation, like thin to medium?

The Namiki Falcon nib will flex and provide some line variation. It all depends on the pressure you apply to the nib. At least two articles I have read said there is a 'break-in' period as well. The longer you use it the more it will flex. The fine nib seems to flex more than their medium nib. Be cautious . . . too much pressure will spring the nib and render it useless. You may also see more line variation when writing on a 45 degree angle of the nib to the surface. Enjoy your Namiki Falcon.

Do you have a manual and box

Yes and yes. This one comes in a Pilot box instead of a Namiki box. One phone call to Pilot fixed that problem.

how can you tell if the pen they are selling has the larger capacity refillable screw type ink cartridge ?

The resin body has the smaller Con-40 adapter, the metal Falcon has the larger Con-70 one.

Do all Pilot Falcons have a screw on cap?

The cap screws on to the non end of the pen, not the other end.
