I’ve been using it for several months and I haven’t been disappointed yet. This product is very easy to assemble, just attach legs. It’s relatively light weight, so it’s easy to bring into the house or move around. It’s very multi functional: it could be used as a sofa bed, as a couch, or even as a loveseat, depending on how you adjust the sides and the back. The upholstery is high-quality and has a nice color. I am using the one exactly like in the picture. It has the look and feel of natural leather. It is not natural but doesn’t look or feel cheap. No disappointments so far.

Great modern looking futon, it easily assembles into a bed by pushing it away from the wall (careful with wood floors) recline back and arm rests to the side and easily get that extra bed you need for the expected (or unexpected guest) if unexpected... No worries they will not stay long because the futon bed is not that comfortable for a stay longer then a 3 day weekend! The leather like material looks and feels good, it's soft and cleans easily. The color states white, but the color is not a pure white, more like a light ivory. I am extremely happy with this futon, I think it looks great for the purpose I purchased it for and the price was very reasonable.

We like this futon. Unlike other reviews, I feel this is a decent futon and comfortable to sit on. The texture is fairly soft and not overstuffed, the arms and back fold up and down easily when you want to adjust positions. We never had problems with the company, delivery, or quality of product on delivery, but it appears the company has some pretty strict rules for return, exchange, or guarantee if something was delivered to that needs work. After you have completed your purchase, you get an e-mail from the company on terms and conditions, which should be up front before purchase, in my opinion. I was unable to have another person with me when the futon arrived, which created some problems.I have included part of that e-mail disclaimer in my review..."In this email we are going to discuss the "Cliff Notes" version of what we need from you, how to receive your item, and what to do if you find damage. If there are any signs of damage at all like creases, rips, tears, holes, punctures, crushed in, etc. make sure you write "Damaged" on the delivery receipt (paperwork that the driver asks you to sign) no matter how minor it may appear and we've got you covered. Here's why- The futon is not assembled, it arrives in a box with layers of packaging. The company hired to make the delivery will not bring it into your house, it just expected to drop it off. So, this means, you have to get it in your home or unwrap the packaging on the front lawn of your house and complete an inspection while the driver is just hanging out watching you. It takes some time to upwrap the contents of this box because it was meant to be shipped to prevent as many incidents as possible. What happened to us was that when it was delivered, I was the only one home and am not able to maneuver the box on my own. The driver was kind enough to help me get it in my front entryway out of the rain and snow, however I didn't have enough room to open the box and complete the inspection. If you do have a problem with the product, the warantee is only good for 3 days after it is arrived, otherwise the terms and conditions hint that you can expect to pay out of pocket. I'm fortunate that i didn't have any issues.

Honestly I like the futon but they didnt ship the legs for it and having a pretty tough time getting the manufacture to send me out the missing legs. Once that is taken care of my review will probably change. Its pretty weird that they provide instructions for putting the legs on but didn't even ship them. Unfortunately right now its too low to the ground for me without the legs for how I wanted to use it but feels pretty comfortable. I will also mention out of the box it was pretty dirty and had to clean it. Not a huge deal but still didn't plan on having to do that.

I originally saw an extremely similar product in a retail store. This was not that product. Though I knew this was at least $150 cheaper than the one I saw, I’m still incredibly disappointed in the quality of this product. The one I saw had an all metal base. This product is all fitted on a large slab of pressboard with metal legs that attach with screws. The whole thing sags slightly in the middle when you sit on it. When laid flat there is a kind of metal bar in the middle that you can definitely feel through the padding. There’s not much padding so it’s not really comfortable to sit on either. I’m very disappointed. Lesson learned.

I was for the longest time a good and affordable sofa for my home office and in case of emergency can be use as bed. I gave this a try and the first one I received had some defects that was quickly addressed by the seller sending me a replacement. Lets be honest, it does not look as en expensive sofa but not as a cheap neither. So far I have it for 6 months and is holding strong :-)I like it very much and looks very nice in my home office.

great product for the money. We purchased a repossessed rv without any furniture, this product fit the slide just right and looks great. I would not call this a futon though as it looks and feels more like a sofa. Even has adjustable arms which are a great convenience. Just install four legs and good to go. Light weight too which was important for us. At 6'3 I can lower the arm and let my legs hang over for a comfy nap HA!
