Very well made ball cap. Well shaped, stitching is firm and even, and the adjustment strap in the back is NOT plastic. I was able to customize the cap easily and it was well received by those who would be wearing them in the hot sun. I was able to get ten hats for a little over $100., a good deal. The color is clear and a medium blue. The customization was clear and easy to read. There was no smearing or bleeding. I also bought one extra hat in a lighter blue with the same customization. It arrived with the blue hats and was of the same quality. Quite honestly, I was surprised but if I need more hats I will use this vendor again. It also arrived earlier than anticipated.

I purchased this hat for my business. I love it , and the hats came on time.

The hat itself is physically big. I do like that it has metal adjustment, but the part above that just bulges. I normally wear a 7 1/4 and this is substantially larger.The silk screen (NOT embroidery) is cheap. It looks cheap. It is cheap.After receiving the finished product (19 days from order to arrival) I am disappointed.Would not order again.
