I love starting my mornings with these old-fashioned oats! They have a great texture—creamy yet slightly chewy—and they cook up perfectly whether I make them on the stovetop or in the microwave.What I really appreciate is their versatility. I can enjoy them plain, with just a bit of honey, or mix in fruits, nuts, and spices for endless variations. These oats are delicious and I love making them overnight in my refrigerator, first I add 3 cups of water and 1 cup of plant milk to a pot and bring to a boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes, then I add 1 cup of steel cut oats, stir and remove from heat and let it cools for 10 minutes, then I add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, stir and transfer to a glass bowl that has a lid and I place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning I just scoop out how much I want, heat it up, I add honey, blueberries and a spoon of peanut butter, but you can add whatever you want. It's nice that it comes in 30 oz. container, it's very easy to prepare and cook the oats, great fiber content and the quality is very good. The price is reasonable and I buy the bundle where I get two, it's cheaper buying the bundle than two single ones. Great organic steel cut oats. I highly recommend this product.

This oatmeal is great I use it to make granola topping for yogurt. Organic is the only way to go and the price is always reasonable.
