Start-X Remote Starter - for 2015-2019 Ford Transit 150, 250, 350 :3X-Lock

Quick and straight forward install. Video was helpful pre planning I installed on a 19 transit and it was very easy to get everything apart 2 things to watch for 1.) make sure the lock module is plugged in as stated in other reviews it comes in an anti static bag I overlooked it at first quickly realized when nothing happened what I had done wrong. 2.) MAKE SURE all plugs are secured. I plugged into my ignition switch and thought it was good to go. Remote start worked out key in hit brake van died, trouble shooting for a minute when I telescoped the steering wheel it started working then stopped. Root cause was I didn’t have the plug securely fastened like I thought I had causing it to pull out of the connector slightly. Fixed that issue and works great. Highly recommend knowing this I’d buy more moving forward no problem this is a must have for cold winter morning.

The installation was a success, very easy to install. And as for the problem with the lights, what I did to solve it was disconnect the button to turn on the headlights, so every time the vehicle turns on the lights come on, then when I turn it on remotely the lights come on together.

I installed this in my 2016 transit 350 HD, the install was not bad at all took me about 40 minutes and it was up and running. the running lights DO NOT come on when you use the remote start so if you're not near you can't tell if the vehicle is running, this unit does have a ground trigger so you can use a relay and diodes to wire up the parking lights to come on for less than $10 but you really need to know your way around automotive wiring and get your vehicles wiring diagram to know what wires to tap into if you want to have a visual sign of when its running again you really need to know your way around your cars wiring

Bought 2 of these for 2018 ford transit work Van's Very easy to install. Took me 20 minutes. Works well. Every now and then It doesnt work early in the morning. But after I start with the key and let it run for 10 minutes then try to start with the remote it works fine. But it's a great product I'm guessing my battery is draining or something.

Purchased for a 2015 Ford Transit 250. Install was very easy, the only tricky part was taking apart the dash which was harder than I imagined but still not too bad. Definitely worth the effort to save the money on a more expensive auto start. The only reason for 4 stars (vs. 5) is that the first unit sent to me had an issue with the wiring harness and did not work which was very frustrating -- However the customer support replied to me immediately (on a Sunday too) and sent me a new unit within a few days which fixed the issue. they also sent a prepaid return envelope for the bad unit which was appreciated.

Bought this product for my Ford transit took me an hour to totally install and had the vehicle back together three clicks of the lock button and it works great. 15 minute timer.

This is a great remote start unit for my 2018 Ford Transit van. It was fairly easy to install, taking about an hour total including removing dash panels, installing the unit, programming, and reinstalling the dash panels. My van had an alarm at the dealership, and they left most of the wires and wiring harnesses in a tangled web inside the dash when they removed it (after I declined to buy the $500 alarm), which I discovered while installing the remote starter. That mess added a bit of time, so I probably could have installed the unit in 30 minutes but for that. The unit works like a charm so far - no complaints whatsoever.

This company stinks I had a problem with a brand new one after asking for their help two days later I got a automated response, six days later all I have gotten is automated responses, no actual person. One of the last responses was that "we close at one on Friday." The starter works intermittently at best and triggered my check engine light

I just installed it and work good but need time to figure out the adaptr because of the bad instructions video they put on amazon and their website. They really need a professional to post new instructions installation

The media could not be loaded.  First time doing anything like this. Install was very simple. So glad I treated myself to this!

Excellent product, the only thing that I wished was better explained in the video and or instructions was that two keys are required to do the programing. But once I figured it out. Everything worked as described. Very easy to install. You only have to tap into 1 wire.

I texted text support and they got back to me within 5 minutes. Very helpful since I think the instructions should be better and should add a video of installation.Product works great and I don't need a second remote on my key chain.

Not happy with the service,Purchased 5 of the units to only have the service tech ask us to remove and return shipping before they would send a new harness....1 unit still not functional....extremely disappointed especially with purchasing several units.
