do not buy phones are altered and rooted major issues
bought 2. both were rooted which means they have had their software altered.amazon keeps taking down my reivew. wha tup w that. HTC said both were showing serial numbers as activated in past. major issues w features not working, bought 2 because i thought first one was bad

THIS PHONE ROCKS, just trash the oem charger.
This phone is AWESOME!!!! That being said it's charger is horrible. If you do research on the phone you will find alot of problems being discussed about battery charging. My phone did the same thing with the original charger. Then I purchased a Qualcomm quick charger and cable from Amazon as well. POOF! No more problems! it is upgrade-able to Nougat 7.0 (T-MOBILE) so it still has its freshness, and is it fast. Just compare specs to one of the other flagship phones and you'll be impressed! Finally the dual stereo speakers powered by Dolby...Need I say more! so -1star for the charger. 5 for the Phone!

Disappointed customer
This phone worked for all of 2 days then it got stuck on the T-Mobile screen and wouldn't turn off. T-Mobile said it was defective and they gave me a loaner phone with a $200 deposit. I am very disappointed! This happened the morning of my trip to Europe!

Looks good and works great. The Snapdragon 810 is a little warm. Nothing a case can't fix. It doesn't come with the htc rapid charger. My phone came with a Blackberry charger.... Slow
