Effective. Great to throw in purse or small spaces. Not sure how it would last if left in a hot car. Taste is not bad but not “yummy”.. good enough taste to work effectively & is a good fresher upper on the go!

I really like that these are the spearmint flavor as the normal peppermint one always feels like it’s kinda burning my mouth.
