The heat source being a single tea light candle has difficulty heating the massive mini cast iron skillet and subsequently melting the scented wax cubes. Thus slow melting and aroma release. I found loading only one or two cubes a better procedure. By the way, for those of you that don't know you can purchase a legitimate Lodge mini cast iron skillet here on Amazon. They have a bit smaller diameter but perch quite well on the heater stand. One would have multiple scents ready to use with no clean-out required and no inadvertently mixed aromas.

If you need more heat put a tea light upside down and put another one on top . That'll bring the flame closer to the melting pan.

This was such a good Mother’s Day gift. A lot of our tea light burners have been broken by our cats recently so I wanted to get something more unbreakable and this was a great find. The wax looks like little cinnamon buns (so cute!) and has such a strong smell. I only wish we could buy the wax individually

It's so cute, totally fits with my decor, and I can put wax or oils in it... I have even put it on my stove to melt the wax faster.... I used my own wax tho, I didn't like the scent of the ones that came with the warmer

Its heavy just as a cast iron would be. I use it all the time and havent had a problem with it. I always get compliments by my visitor of how cute it is and everyone wants one. I love it.
