This phone is very high quality compared to those I used to have. People actually hear me crystal clear and most of the time I hear people speaking very well. I absolutely love the camera as it takes great quality, colorful pictures even at a pitch black night with the powerful flash. There was an issue with the original charger that came with it, but this problem was resolved eventually. The original charger died in two days, But now I have received a replacement charger for free of charge and this one works very well even after two weeks of usage. I have npt even tried many fratures of this phone and eventually I will get myself to try them, but I need more time. I am old school and somewhat slow and I am already very happy with what I have seen. I realize this phone was a renewed version by Amazon and now there is a new generation is out that is supposed to be better, but at this point I am not interested in any of the latest and greatest as long as the current version is good enough for my work. And it is, it definitely beyond my highest expectations and I am very happy with it. Hope I will be able to report the same a year from now after I used it heavily. I thank again to the seller for taking care of me and providing me a new charger for no extra cost.

I ordered this Amazon renewed product at the recommendation of a Amazon customer service agent. I had stated I was very leery ordering a used cell phone but they said that they stand by their products by all costs and would help me in any way possible if I received an item that wasn't up to my standards. Well, I received the item and it definitely is not up to my standards. The body of the cell phone looks like it's been heavily used for at least 5 years. The charger that I came with is not only an off-brand charger, it was not compatible with my device and charged it a whole whopping 1% during an hour time span. Then I moved it to a charger that was previously used on my other pixel, the one that I actually got from the cell phone provider, and it only charged 3% in an hour. And if anyone knows anything about the pixel 3aXL you know how amazing the battery is and how fast it charges and how long it lasts. That's not the case with this phone. Then.. yes there's more, I finally put in my SIM card only to find out that this phone is definitely indeed not unlocked. Again, as the description says, this is not an unlocked phone. I reached out to customer service and the seller. Customer service did not stand by their product as stated. And not only that they cannot guarantee me a replacement that will actually work. I just wasted a whole lot of money that I was scared of using in the first place but like I said Amazon said it would be fine. It's not.

I always buy used phones. Not spending 6 to 8 hundred bucks for a phone. The google pixel 3a is fine, I think it goes to android 10 or 11 but who cares as long as it does what it is suppose to. The only thing is the A models don't have wireless charging.Make sure you always check your battery health when you buy one. I use accubattery and after three charges it gives me a good point. If it's below 80 send it back. Once it's that low not going to last long.I was verry happy with this one. Actually ecstatic as you can see by the screenshot its 99 percent good.

Got my phone as expected. I needed something to replace my phone that is getting phased out by the att 3g shutdown. I spent hours and hours researching and decided on this. This is a great bang for buck deal. I recommend this for anyone that doesn't need the newest bleeding edge phone.My only complaint is that the "renewal" seemed a bit spotty.Slight blemishes/scratches on the back (which is to be expected for a second hand phone so I can give that a pass).a bit of grime around the camera where a case used to be, but the worst was that the speakers on the bottom where caked with that yucky dirt stuff that gets in there. All of that really isn't a big deal, I can clean it myself, but when it's advertised as renewed I would like to see the quality of renewal to be... like new.

This is a very high tech, beautifully made cell phone. It operates with Android 10. I am upgrading from a Samsung Note 4 and this is a pretty big change in the operator interface, but the more I use it the more I like it. One big disappointment was a total lack of any documentation and i don't find much on line or in the books available from Amazon. This seems like a big failing or I am just missing something. Another issue that really surprised me was the incredibly intrusive nature of the software included. The device reads my text messages and reacts with advertising. For instance if I type "let's go to lunch" the screen will immediately make a suggestion about where to go and ask if I want to send info on this restaurant to the other party. The first moment I get, I will cut out all this sort of intrusion. The camera is just absolutely amazing with an incredible list of digital processing features.

First and foremost, I'd like to mention that mine came from SoonerSoft Electronics, and wow, do they know how to refurbish a phone! When it arrived, the phone looked brand new! I mostly got it to run Calyx OS, so I can't say much about the default experience out of the box because I changed the OS immediately, which took about 5-10 minutes. The device has been fantastic for day-to-day use! The battery is smaller than other phones I've used, but it lasts at least two days and recharges quickly, which is useful if I ever use the phone a lot.

If you decide to purchase this phone. Be Aware! Because this phone is supposed to be unlocked.and you want to connect it with low cost providers { Mint Mobile, Tello etc...] You may need the physical sim from these carriers. The e-sim does not work on this device! So save yourself some time in searching for How too videos through YouTube on installing e-sim on this device, Because it doesn't work!
