They are heavy enough to stay put, but not so heavy that my toddler can't move it. I feel confident sitting on it myself (I'm 130 lbs).It's easy to clean, and the finish is smooth. No splinters or sharp edges at all.

No assembly required this is the second set I bought. I love it! Heavy, sturdy and easy to clean.

The chairs are heavy, sturdy, & solid. Fantastic quality. They clean up easily, too. My daughter has fallen backwards on other flimsy chairs but not on these; these support her weight perfectly and I suspect they'll continue to work for us for at least 2-3 more years. Love this brand, love these chairs and wish i had bought them sooner.

We bought a set of table and 2 chairs for our grand daughter who is about 19 months old. We wanted to sit down with her when reading books or drawing with her but the chairs that came with the set are not for adults. We found these chairs and bought 2 which are sturdy enough for adults to sit on and the really look good.

This was a gift for a toddler. I purchased it based off the measurements stated by the company.The specs show it is a 12” chair but in reality it is a 10” chair which makes the table too high to be reached by a toddler.My son had to order two new chairs at 14” in order for his daughter to be able to use the set. Embarrassing and Disappointing Christmas gift!The quality of the set is good - just beware of the sizing!!

Excellent and sturdy chairs.

I purchased the 10 inch seat height ladderback chair set of two for my 16 month old grandson for Christmas. I was very impressed with the strong, excellent materials and construction. It should withstand many years of use and still be in good condition when more grandchildren come along. Packed well, fully assembled, excellent condition and arrived quickly. The set will be great with a big bow under the Christmas tree!

Very high quality, well made, solid wood chairs. Green guard certified finish. Met expectations. Comes in many sizes to properly fit your child/students and allow proper writing or eating posture. Great for parents, teachers and therapists. Plastic sliders on legs help them slide and help prevent scratching, but I would still recommend using soft felt slides if using on a wood floor to prevent scratching.
