Great cheap alternative
I bought it hoping it would fix the turns off immediately after powering on. It did! Replaced the original power block. You can hear the fan, but I prefer to hear something working than not hearing it. The sounds lets you know that air is circulating and keeping the block from over heating.

Works great for the original Xbox one my kids pulled out if the dumpster.

Loud and cheap
Fan is loud, and always on, even when the console is off. It has a stupid section that says LED that lights up.

White Noise
The power supply works......but the fan noise is louder than expected from what is advertise. In item description it's states " Quiet Fan" with a picture of a baby sleeping!When I heard the noise I thought there was water running somewhere in my home.....nope....Xbox power supply. So you can handle some "over the top" White noise then this might be your cheapest option. I plan on returning it and paying 10 dollars more for something quieter

Works just as expected
Our XBox wasn't powering on, and we were able to isolate the issue to the power cord. This one works perfectly

Perfect replacement
I waited a couple weeks to review and I disagree with all the bad reviews. The unit is quiet, no noise and so far seems to work well.

It does last,. . . but after 6-8 months, it will most likely to go out and when it does, it makes a lot of noise, like a bad hard drive !!
