Very easy to cook. I use a small metal whisk as I stir the oatmeal into the boiling water to blend well.My husband enjoys this healty and tasty oatbran oatmeal plain. I do also, but I add raisens, strawberry slices and some cut up banana as it cooks . Yummy.

I eat this oatbran everyday. The macros and taste is far above other brands. It keeps me regular too. I have them on auto ship.

Sigh. Oat bran
I am submitting this based on flavor and texture. . .the Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran is good. I'm trying it in the hopes of getting my LDL cholesterol down. I tried statins and the leg pain made life miserable so am trying the daily oat bran approach. I have not had my cholesterol checked since I started my daily serving, so time will tell. I use the microwave cooking method and it's very quick and convenient, and it does taste good, even on a daily "dose." One thing I am sure of: It did wonders for my older sister's cholesterol level. I am 77, so. . .do the math.
