Mantova Garlic flavored olive oil
This product is just great. I now keep a bottle beside the stove and use it all the time. I love to roast veggies and have been using this to coat them before I put them in the oven. Such a great flavor!!

I love these flavored organic olive oils. I use them to make simple roasted vegetables regularly. They also make great hostess gifts.

Good flavor
Good flavor, but could not tell any major difference in taste between it and Trader Joe' garlic oil, which is about the same price. I use garlic oil in almost all of my cooking. My very favorite one, after trying many, is the Williams Sonoma garlic olive oil.

NOT for a low FODMAP diet
This product has garlic in it! It is not "garlic infused" but filled with dehydrated garlic, even though that is not listed on the Amazon page as an ingredient. I chose this product because on a low FODMAP diet it is allowed to eat garlic-infused oil but NOT garlic in any form, including dehydrated. I would have never purchased this product had it listed dehydrated garlic as an ingredient on the website. Do NOT buy this product if you adhere to a low FODMAP diet.
