How to describe something that really has no equal that I'm aware of. First the price, it's expensive, but I'm buying a second jar, and next month I expect I will buy a third one.I can describe the honey, to the best of my ability, you can taste the honey, and at the same time you taste the honeysuckle. The flavors are blended in such a way that neither dominates the other. The scent is such that you brain is unwilling to believe that the taste could ever match the scent which is of an otherworldly delight. The flavor is even better than the scent. I almost don't want to put it on anything because the flavor all by itself is enough. But added to buttered toast, it is still all kinds of delicious AND with BUTTER! Which is it's own kind of wonderful.Only 1/2 the family knows it even exists, hence the need for more.If you buy it, you won't be disappointed, expect it to taste like something from Gods own dinner table.

I use this honey on toast; in tea along with freshly grated ginger or without the ginger. It has a smooth texture unlike any other honey and caresses your taste buds.

Had a nice but not strong honeysuckle flavor but is very expensive. You can get other honeys that are just as good for 1/4 the price per ounce.

The flavor is amazing! It's more expensive than most but worth every cent. I drizzle it on yogurt, apple slices, toast and in my tea.

Absolutely lovely honey. I just eat it with a spoon sometimes! But it is absolutely delicious over yogurt with a little fresh fruit and oats or granola. I also like it in tea. A whole different thing from supermarket honey--really worth the extra $$ for a special treat.

This honey has a very good flavor. I used it for coffee, tea and also a honey chicken I make and it was delicious.

I have purchased this expensive & delicious honey several times. Received a jar yesterday & the bubble wrap bag was filled with honey, it’s either broken or the lid fell off in transit. The no returns or exchanges is unacceptable. You just lost a good customer.

It's just okay. I didn't like it as much as other reviews. I suppose I will avoid buying honey online unless it's a brand I know.
