Beadsmith 22 Gauge Tarnish Resistant Copper Wire, 20 Yard/18.2m, Silver

If you are looking for wire for inexpensive jewelry that really looks like gold, this is the brand. It took me a long time and much wasted money buying yellow and green tinged wire. This looks exactly like the 14K wire I have.

I don't know why but mine is tarnishing a little bit 🤔 i like this wire alot. Easy to use, but I hate advertising my items saying tarnish resistant if it's not. Mine is tarnishing and now I'm afraid to sell anyone my items saying tarnish free.

i think it’s okay for wire wrapping practice but this is not tarnish resistant and it scrapes very easily when I use my pliers on it. This wire is super sensitive so if you’re not careful it will scrape and the copper color under the silver coating will show. i wouldn’t buy this again, instead i’ll look for something that doesn’t tarnish or have copper inside it.

I do make jewelry, but this time I ordered this product for legs for a doll I am making. Its exactly what I needed and is working very well for my project.

I'm making very pretty things with this. It's very shiny silver looks like high polish sterling and nobody has noticed a difference between sterling and this silver plateed copper. Keep in mind that the copper core makes this a very soft wire. If you want to make a sturdy piece of jewelry that has to stand up to a lot of banging around like a ring, try silver plated german wire instead. Will probably put in an order soon for more of this wire for some jewelry I have planned.

Love this product! Only complaint is the price always changes. Other than that fantastic!!!

Scratches very easily, revealing the copper core. Great for practice wrapping and patching a few holes in my aviary.

this is exactly what i ordered....for those saying it is not "BEADSMITH" they dont know what they are talking about..."WIRE ELEMENTS" is Made by Beadsmith....for the others saying that it tarnishes....read the label...it is TARNISH-RESISTANT....it means that it tarnishes but can be cleaned...resistant does not mean it will NEVER tarninsh...so come on people educate yourself before you try to turn others off on buying this product....its Exactly what it says it is.... Beadsmith 22gauge tarnish-resistant wire ! its that simple...dont be afraid to order it!

I like the product but for whatever reason, Amazon delivery guys can't seem to READ delivery instructions. Using my buzzer to inform me of a delivery is not rocket science.
