I had this book many years ago, and was an excellent source of JS wisdom! (early versions, not current versions),

I found this book invaluble as a resource for learning javascript.I used it in conjunction with nick heinle's designing with javascript. Together they're a great combination. jfp

The CD is supposed to come with an indexed version of the book. This is a reason for purchasing in my opinion BUT the pdf files which are on the cd are not indexed and it is a real pain to use. One star.

This book is the standard javascript reference book used by all web developers at Netdecisions. Full marks!
