This order was sent to the wrong person and done twice. The ear rings were to large

These crappy earrings did not last a year. They became pitted and discolored after minimal use. We have been getting the run around from Ross Simons since we sent them pictures of the problem. They told us they were shipping them and three times they extended the shipping date and finally cancelled the order without notice to us. We are trying to work through amazon to get our money back and ship back the defective merchandise. This is a big headache and a lesson learned for dealing with an inferior company.Amazon was not allowing me to upload a picture. I don't know what the reason for that.

I thought the product was attractive from the photo prior to purchase, but the actual product failed to meet the expectation in terms of quality and brilliance.
