Sesame Street Paint with Water Activity Book - Elmo Imagines Perfect Paperback – September 8, 2020

Messy free painting. My son likes these books. The color shows up nice. Fun for little ones.

What a wonderful way to introduce my daughter (2 years old at the time of purchase) to painting! Obviously, this isn't the same as choosing a color on the palette, but for a very young toddler who is just working on the ergonomics of holding a brush and dipping into water without spilling, this was exactly what we were hoping to find. That's not to say that there won't be any mess; the colors bleed together, the water gets dripped, and hands and fingers get a little messy. Everything washes up well (both clothing and skin), and the mess is part of the fun. Another parent recommended that we try the "Water Wow" pens on this type of painting page, but we haven't tried that yet.

A must for toddlers. Painting with just water is perfect for a fun moment with minimal mess. Great drawings, many pages.

This is super neat. Just like the paint with water books I remember as a kid. My daughter is entertained and amused. I like the colors a lot and of course Elmo is a huge hit in our home. It's big area is easy to color in for little hands with supervision of course.This book is made of a thin paper as most of these types are. I would use only a small amount of water and encourage your little one to wear an art smock. There have been no issues with stains in my case but my girl is 10.Overall. Just like I remember as a kid. Great way to spark imagination and an early love of art.

I bought these for kids that have emotional issues. It helped to calm them and was super fun to do.

I had to buy a new paint with water book for my granddaughter because she worked quickly through my older one. They have changed a bit and have much more color to the page which turned out to be rather messy. We had the blue all over the tray, her hands and face. It does come off but it was messier than my old book. I will stick with the lighter color pages in the future.

Paint with water books are going the way of the dinosaur, so I was very pleased to find this book. I bought one for each granddaughter because sometimes when you paint, you want it to look like something when you are finished. My 2 and 5-year old granddaughters burned through these books in a couple of days. They only lasted that long because I paced them. Also, the pages are perforated, so that when the drown the picture they are working on, the rest of the book survives.

Exactly what I was looking for, perfect. Hard to find "paint with water" for my newest grandson anymore, Thank you.
