Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate Premium Baking Bar with 100 % Cacao (4 oz Box)

Chocolate was nice and fresh. I use it to make sugar free chocolate bars and it tastes great. Price is about $0.50 more than Walmart for each bar. In a pinch it is easy to order and get the next day.

These are my favorite baking bar to use - always melt smooth for chocolate crinkles and come out perfectly. Melting takes no time at all and I never worry about scorching it, even in the microwave. I have a couple of new recipes I want to try so I stocked up!

This Baker's chocolate is getting harder and harder to find in the supermarket, so I like to purchase mine at Amazon. I use it primarily to make brownies. I don't like to use the powdered cocoa that most recipes call for. The brownies turn out very moist and tasty. They make the best brownies from scratch. This chocolate also makes a very tasty, moist, delicious chocolate cake.

you ever see the videos of kids wanting to eat a spoonful of cocoa powder and when they do its horrible? same thing here. you don't eat this raw (unless you already know what this and want your regulation experience.)this is for baking and the die hard so dark its not candy chocolate lovers.the chocolate was safely wrapped in sealed foil and then the box. the chocolate was in the proper bar shape with squares and the color was very dark just like expected. Mr. Baker does well with his Baker's branded chocolate.

This is basic unsweetened chocolate for cooking.It is reasonably priced. I have used this brand many times in the past.It is not gourmet chocolate, but it is suitable quality for baking, candy, chocolate frosting, melted for hot chocolate and anything else you'd use unsweetened cooking chocolate for.

We use this to make donuts as a family activity each Christmas season. The chocolate donuts are easy to make with this product, taste great, and don't last very long
