Sink
First sink had a small blimish in front of sink. Amazon replaced it within 48 hours. We love the sink...

Would buy again and again
Update: We’ve now owned and used this sink for 4 years and aside from a few barely noticeable scratches that were our own careless fault, it still looks like it did the day we installed it 4 years ago. We cook 3 meals a day from scratch So we use it heavily. I suspect that the cracking complaints mentioned by others is more a result of Poor installation than the sink itself. Our plumber built wood braces under our sink for it to sit on because he was concerned about how heavy the sink is. Those simple braces carry the full load of the sink even though it’s still technically mounted to the counter. We are starting to build another house and I will 100% be installing this sink in the new house. This is an absolutely gorgeous sink! It was packaged very well and we had no issues with damage of any kind. It is very heavy and we had it fully undermounted (I didn't want the apron front farmhouse sink look). I can't say enough good things about this sink - we previously had a stainless steel sink and I was a little worried about scratches being more noticeable on a white sink but this sink is MUCH more durable than our SS sink was. We do get scuff marks from out pots and pans but they come right out with soft scrub or BKF and some elbow grease. I did buy a silver grate for the bottom of the sink to minimize the in between cleaning marks but I've since seen photos of people using clear rubber/plastic mats on the bottom so that's an option too.

I'm super picky and even I'm pleased with this sink...
Well built sink, very even top coat/ glaze. No visible inconsistencies and even the emblem was straight. Also purchased the drain and bottom rack, both appear to be well built w/o flaw. One IMPORTANT thing to note that the fire glazing process varies the overall dimension from sink to sink. The specification calls for a min. 33" rough opening (which is way to much variation for a 30" sink if you ask me). My R.O was 30.5" which allowed for 1/8" to 1/4" total gap around the sink and it turned out perfect.

Beautiful sink
I ordered this same sink twice from a national home improvement store, both times it was delivered broken, which set our cabinet production schedule behind. Third time ordered this Elkay double bowl Farmhouse sink from Amazon - arrived on time and in perfect condition. Beautiful and well made.

noticed crack within a week of installation
Noticed a hairline crack after a week into using it. Not sure how that crack developed but if it can’t withstand standard shipping and installation process (I was monitoring the entire installation routine. No drops or knocks or jolts to the sink whatsoever) then it’s not worth it.You can easily scratch the base of the sink by simply placing your utensils on it. I did this by mistake(before the wire mesh arrived) and the base of the sink is permanently stained/scratched within a week of installation.

they built a frame to hold it and it looks so beautiful. The picture is a little deceiving
I can't even begin to describe the high quality of this sink. When it got here the workmen where very upset because it was so heavy but, they built a frame to hold it and it looks so beautiful. The picture is a little deceiving. It looks like it has no sides and lays over the front of the sink. It is all one big box sink that has to have a frame built to hold it and a cupboard under it that is smaller than the usual under the sink cupboard. I love the look and quality of the sink in my kitchen. I was going for a country look and this sink is just the right one for that look. It is the best part of my new kitchen. It just makes the whole kitchen look beautiful. I remodel the kitchen with stainless steel appliances a new hardwood floor all new cabinets but, the sink is the first thing than anyone comments on. It is beautiful..

Good sink!
We installed this a few months ago along with new quartz counters. I've always had regular double-basin kitchen sinks. The farmhouse sink was my wife's idea, and I gotta say, she was right! We built a full ladder frame underneath because a) the manufacturer says to and b) we installed a disposer so I wanted as much support as possible. The sink truly dampens noise, the disposer is so much quieter than in the prior stainless steel sink.Having such a big sink is great when washing pots and pans. Everything fits down in. I keep a smaller plastic tub under the sink for soapy dishwater.
