how long is the rope?
Can anyone please tell me if this rope has the rubber ends bolted into a clamped on metal piece or just cheaply screwed into the ends of the rope?
Wonder if I could use this bar for pull ups by strapping it to ceilings
The bar is sticking like when you go for a rotations in a curl movement it’s like it needs some type of lube ?
