Makes beautiful socks🧦🧦
I’ve been using Noro Silk Garden Sock Wool for 5 to 7 years and love it. Its one of my favorite sock yarns and overall fave. It has beautiful and interesting colorways that are good lengths. The feel on the hand while knitting is luxurious and comfortable no matter the temperature. Washes and dries very well. I machine wash cold and lay flat on a towel to dry with excellent results. I like the rougher texture look. Always receive compliments on m Noro items. The color I chose from Amazon was one I had not seen at any of the yarn stores I had visited.

I LOVE Noro yarn - ordered this because it doesn't itch (too much). Yarn arrived in great condition in a very speedy fashion - with I could knit that fast!

Brilliant colors
The colors are vibrant. Each color has a long repeat. Beautiful stitch definition. There is a variation in yarn thickness (diameter). My only quibble is that there are more knots in the yarn than I would like and more straw. This yarn produces heirloom pieces.

big hype - small return
Noro is very popular for its colorways. You will never hear anyone talk about it's softness next to the skin, or the lovely way it feels in your hand as you knit or crochet. You will hear complaints of debris through out the yarn, multiple knots, and rediculous twisting. They can keep it.

Overpriced
For a yarn that is supposed to be 40% mohair and 40% silk, this is not different than any other year. While the colors are vibrant the yarn runs thick and thin, although the label does not prepare you for this. The sweater made up fairly well, but the yarn is terribly overpriced.

another great silk garden colorway
this is a beautiful yarn. silk garden is soft but warm. it knits up quickly and easily. i have knit hats, scarves and now a stole with silk garden. the drape is nice.the yarn arrived quickly and was well packaged and undamaged
