Moeller Deluxe Permanent Mount Swing Back Cooler or Livewell Boat Seat (50-Quart, 30" x 17" x 34.5")

The side bars missing out of the box. I called the manufacturer and there are no replacement parts available.I love these coolers but will not buy another due to the fact that the manufacturer will not provide replacement parts for the side bars. I'm pretty sure it's required for a manufacturer. Anyway, No replacement is available through Amazon who filled the order also. So, a big waste of my time and money for me. This was not due to the virus pandemic because they did not offer a replacement or any time line in the future for replacement.

When my seat cooler arrived I opened the box and discovered one of the two aluminum seat arms was missing. You could see a hole in the bottom of the cardboard shipping box where it had punched it's way through. So, the seat is unusable because it was packed so losely that the arm was just loose in the box and it punched it's way out. My alternatives are to return the whole thing and get another one shipped (and hope it doesn't happen again), asl for a refund and ship it back, or try and get the aliminum arm made so I can use the seat. I looked back through the reviews and this is not the first time this has happened.

Quality item but I expected a live well which was not included. You need to purchase a live well kit separately.

Great seat, little prone to stains but decent quality.

Sucks. Uncomfortable and poor cooler ice melts in a few hours. Expensive crap....
