Ok, just for your own knowledge the person who answered you first is partially correct but 100% wrong. The solution is simply water that has been transformed by only having the beans in the water. The discharge if you will from the bean just muddys up the water. At the same time there is some bean extracts within the water. Their are zero scientific studies or reports done on the liquid being good for you or your heart and it is VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you dump beans in a strainer and thoroughly rinse until beans and water are clean, slime free and free of any discoloration in your rinsing water runoff. Rinse until 100% clean water moves through the beans. Alot of dirt, bug parts and sometimes even rat droppings and often small rocks are disposed of this way. As you rinse your beans gently run your open hand through the beans as to help with the wash process. I hope this message gets to you because consuming that liquid is just rotten and I can't say it's bad for you as I said no studies done on the topic. But, I just know I do not want my Son eating rocks, bugs, mouse poop, and so on. I think any person with half a brain would not wish for that. Best of luck to you.
