LEGO Creator Expert Gingerbread House 10267 Building Kit (1,477 Pieces)

It is a fun build & everyone enjoys the charming cottage on display for Christmas. The grandkids love the little gingerbread people & gently playing in the house,also the interior is cute!

My grandson had been very sick. I sent this to him to cheer him up. He was really eager to get out of bed and start on it. He was thrilled with the product and really helped his mood to improve. It as exactly as advertised and had easy to follow directions.

You might think the above question was asked by an elderly relative but, no, it came from friend in her 30s. I have begun collecting a lot of the Lego Expert series, especially the Winter Village and Christmas-themed kits. I was always a fan of Lego, but now that the company has expanded the range of brick shapes and sizes, I feel no shame in going back to this old (and some would say childish) habit.This is one of the most beautiful kits Lego has produced to date. Whimsical and wonderful don't begin to describe this lovely kit. Lego fans already expect a hefty price and this is no exception. But it has lots of parts and is quite intricate and detailed. The house has two stories. The first floor has a kitchen and living room. The second floor has a bathroom (with toilet!) and a bedroom with a bed and a crib. Yes, this house is inhabited by Minifigure Ginger People and their baby is printed on a 1x2 cap plate. There's a whole lot of extras as well which make this not only an art piece but a functional doll house. By the way, the finished model is open-backed as opposed to, say, the Bistro kit which has 3 stories accessible by opening the roof and lifting the second floor off its fasteners.What makes all Lego kits supremely wonderful is that if you get tired of looking at them or playing with them, you can take them apart and store them easily. And, of course, you can repurpose any of the parts to any original project you want since EVERYTHING in Lego is compatible, even from the older kits - like 50-years-old and more! If you have them, of course.

Great quality, all pieces included and great family fun to have something to do together for the holiday. Always expensive but we love Lego

My husband and I bought this set when we were pregnant with our first born. It's been nearly 2.5 years, so we've spent 2 holiday seasons taking this out and rebuilding it. It was the start to our "Christmas Village" and we look forward to making the rebuild of this set (and other holiday sets) a tradition with our little family - can't wait until our girls are old enough to enjoy building these with us.Some stickers were missing from the set but LEGO made it right by swiftly/promptly sending us a set for this product.

This set arrived way before expected. Packed very secure. It was exactly as pictured and described.Awesome job!!!

Neat design..good value

Truth, I’m a 67 year old female and I am having the best time building this Gingerbread House! I’m retired and need to keep busy. I found this Lego set and thought why not give it a try. I love it! There are very detailed instructions that take you step by step. It’s easy enough for someone that has never had the Lego experience but challenging enough to keep you interested. It’s still in progress but I’m already checking out the Christmas Village to add to the set. Buy it for yourself or buy it for a gift, you can’t go wrong with Legos!
