Good Rack Kit
Very easy to install and solid in the rack. I believe Cisco Meraki changed the size of their MS120-8 switch so it doesn't fit as nicely as it once did (as shown in the product photos). I had to move it back a little bit to secure it to the rack and the cabinet door wouldn't impact the cables. It gets the job done in multiple scenarios which is why I purchased a second one to use in a different rack.

Excellent product, Easy to use.
It comes with all the tools needed to install the Cisco managed switch. Perfect way to mount and secure switch in network racks. I would definitely recommend.

Works well
The kit works well and came together easily, but it came in blue rather than black. Knocking off one star for that since it is different from the picture.
