I wanted something short for underneath a window. It looks very nice and I like the storage.

Really beautiful bench - feels like solid wood and I think it mostly is, if not completely. Baskets are very sturdy too — we can fit 2 pairs of size 11 men’s dress shoes/sneakers in one, and three pairs of women’s 8.5 in another. The third one we share for sandals and sneakers. Just ordered a cushion for it and slowly putting everything else together. Unit came fully assembled and ready to pull out and sit on immediately! Fits well in a small/narrow space while being elegant and useful.

I'm very happy I settled on this storage unit over many others I saw. As other reviewers have said, it is very well made. Arriving in one piece, this is a real piece of furniture, as opposed to many fake wood products that need assembly. I'm using the bottom baskets for shoe storage, and though not extremely large, I fit about 2 pairs in each basket. In the summer it will hold lots of flip flops! I love having the pull-out drawers as well. I'm very lacking in drawer space in my kitchen, and even though they're called junk drawers, I need all the junk in them so this will give me more storage for that. Overall, I just think it's a beautiful piece and it was well worth the money. I may have to buy one of the other styles to go with it.

I absolutely LOVE this piece. It’s bigger then it looks in the picture. I bought the Gray color & it’s just beautiful. We put our shoes in the baskets when we come home. I love that it has 3 drawers that have a lot of space & the baskets are really a nice big size for my Husbands shoes. It’s very sturdy to sit on while putting your shoes on & just a nice addition to my room. Well worth every penny.

First, let me say this storage unit looks really nice, it requires no assembly, and it's exactly what I was looking for. And I would buy it again in a heart beat because of that. But potential buyers should know a couple of things if considering this product. It's definitely not inexpensive. And the first unit Amazon shipped out to me arrived badly damaged so I had to request a replacement. Having seen the damage, it was obvious this item is not all made of solid wood even though you would expect it to since it requires no assembly. It appears to be made of pressed particle board, at least the top anyway. That said, it doesn't look like it's made of pressed particle board. Like I said, it looks great. And since this unit comes pre-assembled, you don't get the strong off-gassing you'd expect from other wood furniture ordered online. Also, regarding the shipping damage. The replacement unit came in a double box with good packaging to prevent shipping damage. Both boxes had manufacturer labeling. However, the first unit that arrived damaged came shipped in an Amazon box on the outside with only the inner manufacturer's box included. The outer manufacturer's box was not there. Because of this, I assume the damaged unit was already damaged at the Amazon warehouse prior to shipping which is why it had to be shipped in an Amazon box (because the original manufacturer's outer box was beyond saving). Hope this helps.

The item arrived timely and was NOT damaged in shipping. It was well boxed and padded with foam and double boxes of cardboard. I just opened the bottom of the outside box and then turned boxes back up and slid boxes up off of bench. The cherry color was good and the bench appears to be well constructed. It looks neat under window for storage. The only negative is that the drawers and basket clearance is tight which makes them somewhat difficult to slid in/out. I hope this improves with time.

It does its intended job of storing stuff, and serving as a bench well. The best part was no assembly was required - that was a pleasant surprise. Cons for me - the color is a darker shade of cream than in the pictures; and the finishing is rough, not as smooth as it looks in the pics, so think it doesn't have a high decorative value, but it's functional.

Love this piece! What assembly? It arrived well packaged in three layers of boxes with styrofoam and all ready to go right out of the box. I have been using wicker baskets as decorations and this item helped complete the look. I have a Louis Phillip cherry sleigh bed and got rid of the matching Armoire because it was just waayyyy too big and heavy. This matches the cherry finish and my wicker baskets and it’s super light weight. This is exactly what I needed. Not even sure how I stumbled upon this item. This is my first furniture purchase online without seeing the piece in person and I wish it was always this simple. I would definitely recommend the purchase.I’ve enclosed a picture of my wicker baskets to clarify… this can easily match other wicker pieces (even if slightly off).Side note: This table is perfect height for a window.
