Dental Abrasive Polishing Strips Stainless Steel 4 MM Med Grit 6 Pack

I have some severe dental problems, and my tongue was getting cut up by some sharp edges of my bad teeth.. but I bought these remembering needing them at a dentist once, and they worked out well. These are not recommended for use on healthy adult teeth, because once you lose the enamel (which this files off) your teeth can turn black and decayed.But for a quick fix for sharp edged teeth that are broken, and needing more time to save for a dentist, this is a wonderful find.

Product as described. I had a broken tooth with a sharp edge and was able to use this product to file down the sharp edge. I folded the file over the end of a pencil and wrapped with a rubber band effectively creating a sanding block. Worked like a charm!

I had a few pointed edges to a couple of teeth that I wanted to smooth down to avoid injury to my tongue. The files did work, but in the midst of filing down my tooth one of the files broke apart and a small section ended up loose in my mouth. Understand… these are metal files…where the file broke off it was very sharp and small. Thankfully, I realized what had happened and spit the little broken piece out. I hate to imagine the damage to my trachea and other organs if I had swallowed the little sharp piece of the metal file! Please be careful using these files!

Quality

They're not 4mm. They're just thin breakable metalish strips with a glitter-like side that peels off easily.(The first time I had ever bought real 4mm strips, they actually worked and were coarse on both sides to grind/shape at teeth the way I wanted. I'm just searching for an alternative that isn't as pricey. Unfortunately, I haven't found one)

Very weak dental strips and put it between your teeth and you start to move it a little break in half waste of time. What is the energy waste of money.
