Delicious butter without any additives like sunflower oil. The taste is fresh and a must for anyone who enjoys eating pumpkin seeds. I wish the bottle was bigger but you are getting a quality product.

I just started Seed Cycling in hopes of regulating my hormones. The thought of eating seeds kinda bored me and seemed like it would be a task so instead, I bought this Pumpkin seed butter to add to my toast in the morning. I sprinkle flax seeds on top. I love the fact that not only is it organic, but also sprouted so it's even easier for your body to digest. I don't feel weighed down after eating it either and it tastes great!

Pure delight for my body with magnesium but also tasty on bread or even with bananas! Love it. Not ever gritty or oily.

Fresh product and a vivid olive green upon opening. Great nutritional profile for those on a vegan/vegetarian diet (good source of magnesium, zinc, plant based omega-3, iron esp. since sprouting reduces phytic acid). For those who are used to store brands however, this butter may seem bland in taste. There is no salt or sweetness. It really tastes like ground pumpkin seeds which can be a good or bad thing depending on your personal food preferences. It has a nice thick consistency though and is relatively easy to spread. Creamy, but there are tiny bits of the seeds (think finely ground grains) interspersed throughout the butter so it is not silky smooth as commercial seed/nut butter products that add palm oil. Like other butters, however, this is still rich in fats and I wouldn't go overboard eating it, even if you don't have serious digestion issues. Fats and nuts in particular can take longer for most people to digest. Besides not much is needed (1TB) on a slice of toast or crackers, i.e. a little goes a long way.

I've eaten many nut and seed butters raw. I'm sure this is very healthy stuff, but it is truly awful tasting. I don't know what in the world I could even use this with. I can eat just about anything if it's healthy, but this is on a new level. It seems like a quality product, but ouch it tastes awful. I would have attempted to discuss with seller and/or return, but the return policy says there is nothing I can do.

I love this product, but mostly, I order it, and then it never arrives. So, great product, if you can get it. Wish they'd just take it down from their site unless they actually have product to sell.

For me it's good with fruit spread over. The taste is dry in the mouth despite its creamy, not dry. And you can add some sweet over since doesn't contain sugar. Or spread some sugar over.
