HENCKELS Astley 18/10 Stainless Steel Flatware Set, 20-piece, Silver

Very nice set. Great price. Very happy with this purchase. Too many are so heavy. This one feels right in your hand.

I was so pleased to see such pretty flatware. I use them in an Airbnb and I am confident that guests will feel that they are high end.

It's so hard to tell from pictures, either you love it or not. The mirror finish is prone to water AND oil stains. Even the oils from your fingers coat the utensils. Its like I need to wear gloves to wash them and put them away. I sent mine back in search of something else.

Although it's a nice style and are light, they get water stains after put in the dishwater. It could be that the water has a high mineral content but I am very picky about water stains on my glasses and silverware. Reason why I use good dishwasher soaps and also Jet-Dry.With this set, from the very first time I put them in the dishwasher, after I opened the box, and using the dry heat to get them dry, I had to use a damp kitchen towel and pass it on each piece to clean the water spots and dark stains that each piece had before put them in their storage tray, so they look shiny again.I am disappointed that I have to do this after each load is dry.I had another set and after 10 years of using it, I started to see rusted small spots on most of them... So I decided to replace it.I had to keep this set because I was going to have people over for dinner and I had already gone through the same experience with another flatware set that I got from a different store, which I did return.

Good quality 18/10 stainless from a big name in cutlery, but I found the handles surprisingly thin-- like they were sized for Victorian hands, or for today's children. Lightweight and small to the degree that I'd describe them as "delicate".Also consider that for the price, it's only 4 settings. How many yogurt spoons did you use this week? For a couple that runs the dishwasher every day, this might be totally adequate. But if you like to do dishes less often, or have a bigger family, you'll need at least two of these, at which point the 40 or 65pc sets are competitively priced.Since I wasn't that fond of the design, I decided to go with a different Henckels (they're all 18/10), but with broader handles and more pieces.

I was trying to match as closely as possible, as set I have, these are great! I’d replace mine with these! Very nicely weights and comfortable to use

These are lovely, 18/10 flatware. Henckles is a good German manufacturer and I was surprised that these were made in Vietnam. I would recommend.
