Well it's came with a cracked screen and they shipped another one and got it within 2 days.

***Update****Speedy response, direct snd decisive action. 5 star customer service!Received product from the seller As a Christmas gift for my son Schedule for it install today Just to find out the product did not work. At this point I Assume the product cannot be replaced before Christmas. is there anything can be done, Not only about the faulty product but the money lost that I had to pay for the install? I obviously can only give one star for the service thus far but will gladly change My rating And give raving reviews for raving customer service.

Works sounds good but it changes back and forth beeping and sometimes you can't go to display for stereo blue tooth 😔

Unit isn’t bad but I would never purchase it again unless last resort. After one week of having it installed, it keeps coming up error 10 and only way I can get the stereo to work is Either turning the car off and completely back on, so we’ll start planning again or take my whole dash apart take the stereo out to hit the reset button in the back smh When I’m listening to music, I should not hear an alarm loud buzzing noise and everything goes silent and my stereo error 10 This was not worth my money whatsoever. Never again will I buy this one again. Not much I can say I like about it bc when it wants to work it works good but again when it wants to work right I shouldn’t have to constantly pull over multiple times in a day to turn car off to get stereo to work again the bussing noise is like a testing for a minute then it’s quiet error10 comes on and only way to get it to work like I said pull over turn car off back on or take your dash out to take the stereo out to hit the reset button in the back. People don’t but y this unit it’s junk and constantly won’t play

This is installed in a 2004 Silverado with factory Bose and it definitely does the job as far as upgrading your factory unit simple plug and play, I like how it does have a camera connection. I did rush purchasing this and didn’t realize it was not CarPlay compatible but it’s not a turn off. It is worth the money and does give you plenty of room to play with the sound and overall appearance. If your simple and not looking for much but are able to adjust the settings as you please then this radio is for you
