Nice pizza cutter but had a couple with a few scratch’s

How I build this kit
I like the design of the cutter, in that the cutter actually comes off the handle for cleaning.The biggest problem with the kit is the lack of clear, detailed, accurate instructions.I have found that the hole for the insert should be drilled with a 27/64 bit, people might try something else, but I find that a 27/64 is a better fit.EDITThe OLD kits were 31/64, but the kits in 2018 are 27/64----I insert the actual insert with a 5/16 bolt and nut, using a wrench to thread it into the wood.

Got this and turned a handle for my mother in law...she loves it and it works great.
