It’s a good quality product and easy to install. I used heavy duty liquid nail and caulk around it. It wasn’t paintable though. I even tried to use a primer, but it didn’t stick.

Okay for infrequent residential use: all plastic parts.

Just what I was looking for, wanted to have a way to turn off the fridge water in case of the leak, on the other side of the fridge is the bathroom and I cut a hole through the wall to access the valve, hopefully I never need to access this, but if I do this, makes it easy and it looks clean with a little closed door under the sink. Install was easy just for screws. I would recommend.I hope you find this be helpful

Easily installed, anyone could do it. Gave me access to a hidden breaker panel.

I was looking for something like this for years to cover a hole in my basement ceiling (there's a water valve in the ceiling to turn off & on the water leading outside)Pros:1) the price2) easy to install (took me a few minutes)3) covers the 3 in. x 3 in. hole in my ceiling (no one really notices unless they look at itCons:1) I read that where the plastic knob is to lock the door in place is sub par. Mine does hang down so the door isn't flush but at least people don't see a big hole in the ceiling anymore.
