These shoes were so pretty and were a major letdown. I ordered these shoes for a wedding, first of all they are not wide, they are regular size so size up if needed. Also just the quality of the shoe was not there, the shoe looks like it’s coming apart, the size was off and the strap looked all frayed. These are a return for sure.

Even though I ordered shoes in Wide (which I don't usually wear) they were too narrow in the toe area. The back of the shoe also rubbed on my ankle. I imagine a blister if worn very long. There was no heart on the bottom of the shoe as shown on the site. Is this real Betsy Johnson?

I bought the sandals for an event. The bling amount is perfect very girly. The heel is a comfortable height to dance all night.

Ordered in black. They are more beautiful in person. They were just what I was looking for to go with a cocktail dress for an awards banquet. I saw that other people complained about the light colored shoes having dull stones but my black pair looked shiny and sparkly and pristinely wrapped in the box. However, the ankle strap on one shoe snapped off within 5 minutes of wearing them. They were buckled loosely too. I thought the buckle came undone but the strap broke on the attached end! I had to go through a long evening with a broken shoe. It appears that the strap was glued into the shoe not sewn. Also, I ordered the wide width and the toe strap was still a little snug for me. Also, perhaps because I am short at 5’1”, the back of the shoe was too high and uncomfortably rubbed the back of my ankle. I bent the top backwards away from my ankle which solved it . Despite all of this, if the strap hadn’t broke they looked very beautiful on. I will say that Amazon customer service was fantastic. They were willing to give me a full refund because the strap broke. Thanks Amazon.

Loved this show. So excited to be able to get it in a wide with. Betsy Johnson makes the best wedding shoes. With blue soles it is your something blue !

Beautiful shoe. Wore them all day right away for a wedding. Was a little sore at the end of the day but that’s to be expected. More comfy than anticipated. So many compliments.

I had ordered these in size 8 but they were a tad too snug so I returned them and ordered these in what I thought was 8.5W. I just tried them on and could barely even get my foot in them! They are NOT an 8.5W I'd say they are closer to a size 7. Now returning these as well and purchasing from elsewhere.

Love the shoes! Have them in 2 colors now. Very comfy and look amazing! Super sparkly, even better in real life than on the pictures.

They look lovely but got standard fit 8 instead of wide like the black/silver pair which I love..A statement shoe. If you have slim feet, perfect - If your feet are a little broader, then it's wide for for real comfort.
