I was a little hesitant to order these having not used magnetic therapy ever. I was surprised that they very definitely did help with some long-standing pain in my shoulder. It wasn't totally gone but was definitely diminished with these little magnets! I had no trouble with them staying on and they were still holding tight after a couple of showers and until I removed them several days later. I'm not sure why I removed them, I think I am so used to everything "wearing off" after awhile that I might have had that mind set at the time. I recommended these to my son and he has had the same good results.

These magnets do the job of moving the energy but the adhesive leaves sticky stuff on your skin when you take them off.

The item seems to be a good one for pain cure that fast and lasting longer than any other kind of products.

2 things that I don't like. 1) They are TINY and are apparently designed for toes or very specific pressure points. Useless for my purposes. 2) There are zero English instructions, only Chinese.

Very deceitful packaging product is garbage

Works well on my back, legs, neck and arms. But when I put it on my neck I can stand it more than a week where as the other place I keep them on for weeks. But it does the job. gets rid on my pain within 2 mins of putting it on. Absolutely Great Product.

Like other reviewers, works on stubborn pain endured for many years. Must admit being on a keto diet Greatly helped with cramping pain. K vits and magnesium and calcium may have helped a bit but these patches worked immediately. Super product. Way Better Tham titanium or copper.
