PentelRSVP Super RT Ballpoint Pen, (0.7mm) Fine Line, Blue Ink, 2-Pk - BX477BP2C

I've always liked Pentel. I've had quite a few through the years. This time, I needed some pens that easily wrote in green ink.I bought some green pens from another well-known --- and usually reputable --- pen manufacturer a couple of years ago. I was able to use a couple of those pens. But when I went to use the 3rd one out of the box, it was very difficult to get it to start writing. I used a scratch pad and it must've taken me almost five minutes before the ink started flowing. Once it did, it was unreliable. It would work sometimes; and sometimes, it would just suddenly stop writing or write in spurts. I recently tried a couple of more of those pens and they all failed right away. That's when I gave up, threw that box away, and ordered these Pentel green ink pens. (I have had boxes of red and blue ink pens from that other manufacturer for several years and when I need a new one, I just take one out of storage and it works fine. The green ones, however, don't work very well, if at all.)So, I bought these. I tested several and they all work fine at the moment. I expect that these will last longer in storage than those of the other brand. We'll see. But the price for these was good and they do a great job of writing in green ink, which is what I needed.

I really like this pen, I previously had a purple pen of this brand but it was the rtx. Got this one because it was a bit cheaper. It did not disappoint. It writes super smooth and has pretty good color. The rtx color was a bit better but I like the way this one feels in my hand a bit more. Will buy more whether it be this or the rtx. Such quality and smoothness

The ink flow is decent, wish the green was a little darker but the pen writes well!

Lovely pink color. Cushioned grip to help prevent fatigue while writing. Good pairing with a pink or Valentine’s themed journal.

I enjoy writing with different colors of ink in a comfortable pen. This Pentel pen is reasonably priced and easy to use. Next I must try the other colors. Note: the pen doesn’t skip or bleed through the paper.

Got these for grading and writing notes and it was perfect. The ink is bold and bright pink--fun! Also it does not bleed and writes super smooth! Love it!

Love purple ink but unfortunately from 1st use, for both of these, got glops of purple ink on the tip so for my martial arts, day calendar & letter writing purposes these have been relatively useless due to potential for smudging :(

If you, like me, are a fan of these RSVP Fine Tip pens, then you will likely be disappointed with these. I really love writing with the RSVP Fine Tip pens, so I was excited for these retractable ones in these nice colours however, only the green one is truly fine tip. The others are thicker. For most people, this probably doesn't matter and they do work and write nicely, but if you know, you know. These will not satisfy your craving for the RSVP fine tip!
