Is this upgradable to Windows 11?

Yes, the Surface Laptop 3 has TPM (Trusted Platform Module), which is required for Windows 11. I have installed Windows 11 on mine and it seems to run fairly well. Make sure you do all of the updates, because early versions of Windows 11 weren't very good (crashed often, application lockups, poor performance). Recent updates have make Windows 11 much more usable.

Does this come with office 365 ?

No, Office 365 is an annual subscription, separate from the laptop purchase. I think you can get a brief trial, but you will need to purchase the subscription. If you get the family plan, you can have up to six different accounts for family members for $120/year, which is a good deal, given the benefits (like OneDrive storage for photos, files and backup, Office on cellphones/tablets, etc.).

Is this the surface 3 or 2? The post says 3, but the picture shows the 2. Also the features says both surface 3 and surface 2.

I'm very sure this one is laptop3. Because the specification of laptop 2 are USB 3.0 and Mini DisplayPort. The spec I bought from Amazon are USB-C and USB-A.
