I guess one might term this "bloat-flation" You wind up paying more by being forced to buy a dozen pie crust mixes when you only need one (but would be ok with two).For some reason, these are no longer available in our local grocery stores, so we're forced to buy them on line.

For years I made pie crust from scratch then I found this and it is so much easier everything but water is in the package! I add melted butter then the water to make 1/2 a cup makes a flakier crust

For years I have purchased the ready made pie crusts. Sometimes it’s hard to find and can be too pricey. Im switching back to box mix because there’s no refrigeration needed and it only takes an extra 5 minutes to make it up fresh. Plus, it is cost effective for my cobblers.

For some reason it's often hard to find this pie crust mix in our area. For a pie baker, bulk buying is the way to go and this product makes great pies.
