Whilst the mug broken pieces aside, looked quite nice, the poor packaging resulted in a broken coffee mug. It is worth noting the box and quality of presents was shabby and very poorly executed; lots of cheap scorch tape, crushed and worn out corners making it unfit for present as a gift. Made in China and best described as “cheap & cheerful”. I would not trust this supplier again.

I'm sure from the pictures alone you can see my complaint. The text is way smaller than the photo shows, and isn't even clean. The lettering is faded away and looks terrible. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller because this is ridiculous and cannot be the gift it was meant to be.
