Work Well and Reasonably Priced
Halex – 3/8 Inch Flexible Metal Conduit – FMC – Saddle Connectors - I like these. They are my favorite type of FMC connector. I used two boxes wiring my new workshop. Don't forget the red eye plastic bushings.

Worked great with 10/3 MC wire
I used these to connect two 10/3 MC wires to a single gang metal outlet box. I only had to provide one knockout on the box, and connecting the wires with just a single screw for both of them increased installation efficiency. Given I had 12 boxes to install, the time saved added up. These are now my go-to in this type of installation requirement.
