Absolutely incredible
Received the dragon sconce yesterday. Very well packaged no damage. The detail is incredible I cannot be more pleased. If you are considering purchasing, do not hesitate. I highly recommend it if you are a dragon fan and/or looking for something for a medieval look. I added a flickering led lamp that looks awesome. Fun!
Wonderful lamp. Dim light but perfect for gaming room. Mount high because at eye level the light hits you hard. Not the easiest to mount but worth it.

Sconce
The media could not be loaded. A really well-made product that we used for our boys room. It's heavy with hangers in the back. Comes with a cord to plug in but we ended up hardwiring it in the wall. We also replaced the bulb with a flickering one for more cool effect.

Beautifully detailed
Very detailed and beautiful work of art, I am way more impressed than I thought I would be, happy I got 2. Had to blow off some of the styrofoam packaging as others mentioned but was packaged well and no broken parts. Came with small (unimpressive) round clear bulbs but not the two screws needed to hang on the wall. Not made for outdoor use.
Review provided by seller did not mention these were for indoor use only. Not useable for me.

Reputation and Quality or just profit ?
I wanted this light fixture for a long time but I didn't expect to receive a defective product. The back left side of the light fixture is cracked and glued by the manufacturer himself (see pictures). The product is well packed, which excludes its manipulation by the carrier. Usually, a serious manufacturer does not put such a product on sale. But if they post this, it only speaks to their interest in making a profit regardless of what they sell. With such an attitude towards buyers I do not recommend to purchase from Design Toscano because you can also purchase the remains of a chosen product.
