These are excellent shelves and of very good quality. Quality hardware is provided and installation is straightforward (I recommend you use your own level and NOT the one provided. Other than that, these shelves are A-OK!

I bought these shelves for my cats, who use them to lounge about and as as a stair step to their cat tree. The construction is solid and all the necessary hardware is included, even a leveling tool so the shelves are straight. I highly recommend this product, cheers.

Okay so I ordered these because they had an overall high rating and a lot of reviews. After I had placed the order I began reading some of the reviews and got a little worried that I had made a mistake. Many of the one star reviews said the finish was poor, some of the shelves were warped and the hardware was no good. Since I had already placed the order all I could do was wait and see what I got. This review is based on what I received and you may have a different experience.I ordered the grey finish 24” shelves. Packaging was decent, no damage in shipping. The shelves had a nice matte finish with no chips or dents that other reviews noted. One of the shelves had a very slight twist but it was barely noticeable. Being real, solid wood I expected slight imperfections. If you want something perfectly straight I would suggest the fake wood options from ikea or Home Depot. The brackets seemed well made but were a bit thinner than I had expected from the description. The powder coat finish looked fine. The wall anchors were good quality metal self drilling anchors. I usually go buy these for most heavy items so I was surprised to see them included. The included template was accurate and worked fine to mark the wall for drilling. I would suggest always checking the template against the actual holes on the shelf before drilling your walls. Once I measured everything and had my holes marked it was a very simple process for anyone with basic home improvement skills. As for not needing a drill I can say it’s probably possible but a bad idea. It wouldn’t take much to mess up on the angle and not have a hole line up or end up out of level. I included a picture of all of the tools I used. The extra drill was just a convenience, you only need one. Some of the mounting brackets have a very slight angle so I would suggest holding them up to the wall to figure if there is an angle and make sure it’s pointed up when installed. The shelves slide onto the brackets and there is no way to lock them in place. Not a problem for my installation but this may be an issue for some. There is a slight gap between the shelf and the wall caused by the thickness of the brackets (maybe 1/8”). This isn’t too noticeable unless you look at the shelf from the sides right up against the wall. Again, in my situation this wasn’t a problem. They seem pretty sturdy even though I wasn’t lucky enough to have any holes line up with a stud. I wouldn’t put 50lbs on them but they should hold up to most uses.Overall I think they are decent quality and look nice installed. I would say that the price is a little high for what you’re getting. You could make these yourself for way cheaper but you’d need to spend some time and effort so you’re paying for the convenience. If you don’t mind the cost and can handle basic home improvement I would recommend these shelves.

Great shelves and GREAT customer service!! We ordered 2 sets of unfinished shelves, they arrived packaged wonderfully and we stained them and they looked great. We decided to add another set to the wall we were installing them on. The third set came and the knots in the shelves did not stain well, looked awful. Contacted the company and they were wonderful and responded promptly and our shelved were replaced with a new set that that stained beautifully! Love this company and their product. Would definitely order again! Bravo to a company that cares for their customers!

I ordered this back in May and it was so great. I went to order another set and they came in a different glossy color. It looks cheap. I’m not sure what changed but I’m so disappointed. I absolutely love the shelves I ordered back in May and now need to return the most recent order from November.***updatedThe seller contacted me and explained why the shelves changed. They then sent (free of cost) unsealed shelved and provided the original stain color so I could match the old ones. The new unsealed/unfinished shelves are wonderful. 5 stars because customer service, mounting brackets, sturdiness, real wood, easy to hang. Unfortunately you would need to buy your own stain if you go the unfinished route but for the quality it is worth it.

We purchased two sets of these shelves back in February 2021 and installed them in our master bathroom. Let me tell you, these shelves are beautiful! We loved them so much and they really elevated the aesthetic of our bathroom. However, we moved to a different state a year later and lost our installation kit during the move. We have had our shelves sitting in the closet for over a year because we didn’t have the installation kit and we were still trying to figure out where we want to put them in our new home. By chance, I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase the installation kits, and the company offered to send the kits to us for FREE! WHAT! I couldn’t believe it. They shipped them out the same day! It’s 3 years later and not only is the product amazing, but the company is too! We love their product and will absolutely purchase more shelves in the future as we continue to change the decor of our home.
