Cuisinart DCC-1100BKP1 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker, black

I was replacing another of the same model bought around 11 years ago. This unit is fine and as far as I can tell is identical to the previous one, and I'm happy with that. The only issue I have is with slight changes to the design of the carafe. The collar at the top of the carafe now has a ridge inside that prevents complete drainage of the contents, and if you wash the carafe and leave it upside down to dry, and then turn it upright, water (that collected in the collar) now runs down the outside of the carafe, requiring some wiping down. This isn't a huge issue, just annoying to me, but I think that the previous carafe design was better.

We got this to replace a smaller Cuisinart coffee maker. The 2 additional cups works great for us. We also like the ability to adjust the time for automatically turning the unit off.One small gripe is that the coffeepot lid does not flip up with one thumb to pour the last bit of coffee. Instead, you'd better be sure the lid is on right or else the coffee will also dump the lid in your cup. This design also makes cleaning a bit harder since the lid is completely separate from the carafe.

Great coffee maker for the price. Makes great coffee.

Wonderful device to brew a small amount.

Worst coffee maker ever. Was good when I first got it but after a month it turns off after it’s done brewing. It’s going in the garbage. Have no box to send it back. Money down the drain

Easy set up. Alot of different functions to use as well. The auto brew for getting up at 4:30 for work was helpful.

The unit received was not properly assembled and would not make coffee. We called the manufacturer and they sent us a new one. We love this coffee maker.
