I think this is one of the best starter kit for when you get into grilling. Especially when you can get this set on sale, it ends up being worth what you are paying for. You will probably get use of everything for years to come.And the bonus meat thermometer that it comes with is a nice bonus.The only cons that I see in this set is the case that holds everything isn’t super sturdy, but it’s not really a problem.As well the grate cleaner is probably the one thing you would want to replace pretty fast.

Lined with water proof and stain resistant black nylon each piece is held in place by wide velcro straps.The build quality is superb, now I know since Cuisinart was bought out the quality of many of their products has suffered. The same with Braun when they sold out to Proctor & Gamble it was downhill from the get go. But this regadless if we as consumers like it or not is the reality of big buisness.That said, the steel on these tools is thick and well cast. The build quality again is excellent and comparable to sets costing 2-3 times as much. I know because I've purchased them. At the end of the day this is a marvelous well put together set that abounds with quality touches like an extra heavy steel blade on the cleaning brush for scrapng your grill grates. An extra scrub head and more.The look is upscale and quite elegant, the brushed stainless with the mirror finish steel is handsome and striking. Form meets funtion as they feel heavy and well balanced in the hand - not flimsy or awkward. Considering all the benefits, all you get in relationship to what is really a rock bottom price. This is an outstanding value and bound to delight anyone who loves to grill - even if that person is you.
