Easy to put together. Instructions are a little confusing as the bowl goes in the hole not the ramp. Really like the door locks. It is a little cheaply made but for the price it is a really nice first cage.

Kaytee is a terrible brand
Product wasn't what was on the box. Contacted customer service and they tried to blame the retailer! Said they put a different product in the box? Box was not opened and cage was factory packaged..Told me to return it! And what do I do with my chinchilla in the meantime? Cage is cheap. Instructions are hard to follow when they are for a different cage and doesn't match pictures. Terrible customer service to work with. Also, don't count on getting the rebate back. It is a scam..I followed instructions perfectly and got a postcard that conditions were not met but they were. I am beyond frustrated with kaytee and will not be buying their products
